When you've entered all your details, use the 'Overview' button to check that you're entirely happy. Then you can make the payment by credit card and we'll pass your will to a solicitor to make the first check. You should allow 5 days for this process.

When you receive your will, you'll also receive instructions on how it is to be signed. Then you should return the signed will (or a photocopy of it) for us to check that the will appears to be properly signed and witnessed before it is made available for safekeeping.

It is important to keep your will safe. You may arrange storage at your nominated solicitor -- or we can forward it to the National Probate Office at a one-off cost of £30. Either way, you should keep a copy for yourself, with a note of the whereabouts of the original and any other key documents.
